Exhibitor Information
One of the major events at SASHTO 2011 is the Trade Show, where you and other industry representatives will have the opportunity to showcase your materials, technology, and professional services. Over 1,000 transportation officials will be in attendance.

Exhibitor Fee - $2,500
The exhibitor registration fee covers rental of 8’ x 10’ booth(s), 1 – 6’ skirted table, 2 folding chairs, standard 7” x 44” booth sign exhibiting the company name, pipe and drape and security during non-trade show hours. The fee also includes two (2) full conference delegate registrations. Additional staff members can work in the booth but are required to register as full, paying delegates.
Booth selection will be based on a first come, first serve basis. Please enter your company information and then you will be directed to select a booth. Your booth will be reserved for ten business days in order to allow for your check to be received by SASHTO 2011. Once payment is received and processed, you will be contacted by the SASHTO Trade Show Committee with a coupon code to then register the two delegates.
Particulars
Vendors will be able to set up their booths from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 21 and 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 22. Trade show security will not be provided on Sunday night. An information packet will be emailed to each vendor from the George Fern Company which is the convention consultant. This information will include shipping details and the option to purchase additional booth needs, for instance, electricity, specific tables, flowers, etc.
