Exhibitor Information

One of the major events at SASHTO 2010 will be the Trade Show & Equipment Expo, where you and other industry representatives will have the opportunity to showcase your materials, technology, professional services, and equipment. Over 50,000 square feet of floor space will be available for booth and equipment displays in the Governor’s Halls (I,II,III) of the Statehouse Convention Center.

Exhibitor Fee - $2,500

Booth selection and/or equipment display space selection will be based on a first come, first serve basis. After registration has been completed, there will be a link to select your preferred booth/display space on the Registration Confirmation Page. Booths will be standard “pipe and drape” – 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape.

The $2,500 registration fee covers rental of 10’ x 10’ booth(s) or 20’ x 20’ (minimum) display area; 1 – 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs; standard 7” x 44” booth sign exhibiting the company name; security during non-trade show hours; and routine cleaning of Trade Show aisles.

Two (2) free conference delegate registrations will also be included with the exhibit booth registration. You will be contacted later for delegate information.

Particulars

Vendors will be able to set up their booths from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on August 30, 2010. Sunbelt Convention Services, Inc. (our convention consultant) will send each registered vendor an information packet via e-mail on shipping and other booth options not included in the fee after the booth spaces are full or approximately two months prior to SASHTO 2010, whichever comes first.

August 31, 2010, 1:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Vendor break down

**Note** Due to venue logistical issues, we encourage all vendors to ship their freight directly to the Advance Freight Warehouse address that will be provided in the Freight Handling section of the Exhibitor information you will receive from Sunbelt Convention Services Inc., and as shown below. Sunbelt will then place your freight items in your booth/display space prior to the 8:00 a.m. set-up on August 30th.
